What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Administrator position at Contingent Crew, LLC?
Fully onsite, 8AM- 5PM.
MUST HAVE:
- SAP Experience
- Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLookup)
ey Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather necessary payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Process employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any SAP SuccessFactors issues related to payroll processing.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of updates and enhancements to the SAP SuccessFactors payroll module.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
- Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to payroll records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, preferably with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
