What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel Management Analyst position at Contingent Crew, LLC?
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Scope of the role
- Positioning:
- Access Client’s network, monitor/respond to emails coming into Client’s travel mailbox.
- Equipped with Client email access (laptop) and phone number.
- Act from a Client perspective as part of the global Client team.
- Principal working location is hybrid, Atlanta
- Function as interface between global Client and CWT.
- Oversee and understand the technical setup and interconnection of tools.
- Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors to implement recommendations at an operational level.
- Local contact for hotel, air, and other suppliers. Reach out to travel suppliers when needed.
- Create strong network to influence internal stakeholders with relevant reporting material.
- Coordinate communication via intranet Travel Pages & Internal media.
- Assist with Client’s intranet travel page updates (can provide training).
- Conduct travel seminars on-site.
- Ad-hoc communications to frequent travellers / arrangers.
- Share best practice & proven success structures with internal stakeholders.
- Training for Client employees on Travel Policy & booking procedures.
- Focus on online process awareness & training.
- Security awareness / communications of Travel Policy.
- Areas of administrative activity:
- Manage Client’s travel mailbox, including sending communications, resolving, and answering queries.
- Communicate to Client employees, supporting them with responses in relation to CWT tools and processes.
- Project/admin duties, including profile cleanup.
- Day to day traveller questions / guidance & day to day supplier questions.
- Travel escalation issue handling.
- Access to myCWT/Concur, super user to help with profile issues or support when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
