Experience And Skills

Recommendation from the facility DON or Administrator
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Active STNA Certification in the State of Ohio
Completion of an Ohio Board of Nursing approved Medication Aide Training Program
Active, unrestricted Medication Aide Certification by the Ohio Board of Nursing
Must have High School diploma or equivalent
