Job Summary
A passionate Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant is sought to provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders. The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic and clinically driven team, working in Skilled Nursing facilities across Texas, New Mexico, Indiana, Arizona, and Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist.
- Assesses and documents patient's progress, communicating with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
- Provides input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
- Works closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective rehab programs enhancing patient recovery and quality of life.
