Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic and clinically driven team. As a PTA, you will provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Providing skilled therapy services to patients who require rehabilitation
• Assessing and documenting patient progress and communicating with supervising Physical Therists to adjust treatments accordingly
• Providing input to supervisors for discharge summaries of services provided
