Key Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision and direction of an Occupational Therapist.
- Assess and document patients' progress, communicating with supervising Occupational Therapists to adjust treatments accordingly.
- Offer consultation and counseling to patients, as well as their families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
- Contribute to discharge summaries of services provided, adhering to regulatory and clinical requirements.
