Job Title: Regional Territory Manager (Houston area sales)
We are Continuum Solutions, a boutique talent acquisition firm based in Houston, TX. We have partnered with our local client to identify talent for their Regional Territory Manager position.

Their innovative product offers superior thermal efficiency, performance, durability, and sustainability compared to traditional roofing materials.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Regional Territory Manager to lead and expand it’s market presence and revenue growth in the assigned region through effective team management, high-energy direct selling, and strategic partnerships with roofing contractors.
Location: Remote (Houston Metro, TX) (50% travel within the territory to be expected)
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruiting a wide network of roofing contractors dedicated to actively marketing and selling Cool Roof Coat technology.
· Onboard roofing installers, responsible for promoting and installing NanoTech’s Cool Roof Coat, into its Approved Applicator program.
· Oversee Approved Applicator network, maintaining relationships and ensuring they adhere to partner network expectations.
· Conduct on-site roof assessments to ensure they are suitable candidates for coatings applications.
· Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Supervise the work of inspectors and ensure compliance with company standards.
· Facilitate conversions of existing roofing contractor pipeline projects.
· Ensure accurate and up to date data management within CRM systems, including internal and external pipeline forecasting.
· Must be willing to travel up to 50% to visit customers and represent NanoTech at tradeshows, conferences, and events.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements. Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
· Budget Management: Oversee the regional budget, including sales forecasting and allocation of resources for maximum profitability.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
· Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all regional sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain the high standards of products and services offered.
· Performance Metrics: Define and monitor performance metrics for the region and individual team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
· Innovation and Product Feedback: Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to relay customer feedback and market needs, helping to guide innovation and adjustments in product offerings.
· Crisis Management: Prepare for and respond to market or operational crises, ensuring minimal disruption to regional operations and maintaining company reputation.
· Networking and Industry Presence: Enhance the company's industry presence by attending and speaking at relevant conferences, workshops, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong existing network of commercial roofing contractors required.
· Prior experience in roofing material sales required.
Reporting Structure:
The Regional Territory Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and work closely with cross-functional teams, including VP or Roofing, project managers and internal subject matter experts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
- Commission pay
- Uncapped commission
