Role Description
The Territory Manager will plan and direct all sales-related activities for a specific geographic territory, aiming to maximize customer support, sales revenue, and profitability. Responsibilities include maintaining existing dealer business, fostering customer relations, developing new customers, supporting National Rental Companies, and participating in product introductions and trade shows. The role requires managing expenses, reporting on territory results, and collaborating with other departments.
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Knowledge of products, applications, and distribution channels.
- Ability to travel overnight (50%).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree, OEM to customer sales experience, knowledge of the rental industry, and familiarity with dealership operations.
