Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC currently has an opportunity for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator. Must have experience working within a recruiting department specific to contract therapy for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists.

POSITION SUMMARY
Provides recruitment support to the recruitment and operations teams. At the discretion of the VP of Recruitment, job duties will include, but are not limited to : Onboarding, direct mail, email blasts, school recruitment, attending state and school conferences, special projects, cold-calling and general administrative support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Onboarding, direct mail, email blasts, school recruitment, attending state and school conferences, special projects, cold-calling and general administrative support.
2. Assisting recruitment in identifying and referring qualified applicants to the recruiting team in a timely manner.
3. Creates a sense of enthusiasm with potential candidates to shorten the recruitment process and increase acceptance rates.
4. Presents company philosophy and background effectively and professionally to all candidates.
5. Identifies, communicates, and resolves any procedural issues brought to his / her attention promptly.
6. Provides feedback to the company regarding competitor activity and other relevant information.
7. Attends state and national shows, visits schools and universities, as well as other events as assigned or needed to professionally represent Continuum Therapy Partners.
8. Must conduct themselves in a professional, ethical and legal manner at all times.
9. Maintains ATS as outlined by VP of Recruitment to include detailed notes of employee changes, candidate interactions, verification of candidates’ contact and license information.
10. Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Docusign, ATS Systems, Adobe Acrobat, and Internet Browsers.
11. Must demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Proven experience in maintaining meticulous documentation and records. Ability to streamline processes and implement effective workflows.
12. Willingness to work non-business hours such as evenings and weekends during critical times.
13. Understands and adheres to Recruiting P&P at all times.
14. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by company management.
RECOMMENDED MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum Associate Degree or equivalent professional or industry experience.
2. Previous recruitment experience preferred.
3. Ability and willingness to work evenings / weekends.
4. Available for overnight travel as needed.
