We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst who will have primary responsibility for providing support in investment, risk and financial planning analytics while also assisting in client services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Client Relationship Support:
- Handle case notes, maintaining client case files, and electronically filing performance reports, account forms and other items
- Ensuring insurance, NMIS and NMWMC compliance requirements are implemented and followed
- Aid with the firm’s marketing efforts
Proposal, Analysis and Case Preparation:
- Gathering information for meetings with clients/prospects
- Preparing advisory annual review information and reports
- Preparing and modifying financial plans and investment/advisory proposals
- Modeling existing client accounts and prospective client opportunities in yCharts
- Running performance reports in Envestnet and NMCIR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Florida Life & Health License (2-15), or the ability to obtain within 30 days
- FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Financial services and/or insurance industry experience preferred
- Prior advisor support experience
- Committed to professional development (e.g. CLU®, ChFC®, CFP®)
- Experience with yCharts, NetX360 and/or CRM client management software
