About the Role
The Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for leading our team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to our patients. This includes developing and implementing policies, management, and oversight of clinical and operational measures to improve and maintain excellence in healthcare provided at our medical center and health centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies, management, and oversight of clinical and operational measures to improve and maintain excellence in healthcare provided at our medical center and health centers
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to our patients
- Analyze data to inform decisions, improve workforce planning, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to modernize and streamline operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, or a health-related field
- Four years of full-time experience in executive management or operations management capacity
- Exemplary communication skills to convey complex policies and procedures across all levels of the organization
- Data-driven approach to inform decisions, improve workforce planning, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives
