Your Role as a Construction Project Manager:
As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, control costs, and oversee financial aspects.
- Schedule Coordination: Ensure timely project completion by managing construction schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with codes and regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and homeowners.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project records, contracts, and change orders.
- Problem Solving: Resolve issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3 years of residential construction project management experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); project management software experience is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, flexible, and team-focused.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to lift up to 100 pounds unassisted and assist with job site cleanup when needed.
- Confident working at heights (ladders, body harnesses, fall protection) and on foundations.
- Driving & Background: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
