Qualifications:
- Proven success in a Project or Program Manager role, ideally within electronics manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- PMP certification is a plus
- 3 years’ experience in mechanical/electrical product management
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Confident, assertive leadership style, able to handle pushback and drive results
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned projects, overseeing scope, timelines, costs, and quality
- Develop and manage work plans, schedules, and resources
- Lead project meetings and provide updates to management and external stakeholders
- Drive change, improve processes, and ensure project success despite challenges
- Oversee vendor tasks and ensure seamless integration
- Guide teams with technical and analytical support
- Ensure quality standards and complete project documentation
