COMPENSATION: $20.00- $23.00 DOE
Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition team is seeking a highly motivated recruiter ready to take on exciting recruitment challenges. As our cross-functional Bilingual Spanish Talent Acquisition Specialist/Floater, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive candidate experience from the moment of initial contact. This position will closely collaborate with hiring managers, guiding them through the entire recruiting process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles simultaneously while adopting a thoughtful approach to scaling talent for our growing company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attract and engage applicants through innovative sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth and efficient recruiting process.
- Identify and recommend new sources for both active and passive recruitment.
- Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the interview process.
- Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, providing guidance and support.
- Adhere to all HR and hiring protocols.
- Travel within a specified region/state as needed.
- Process new hires and complete necessary documentation.
- Participate in special projects and assignments as required.
Knowledge and Critical Skills:
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of experience in human resources recruitment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual in Spanish is essential.
- Valid California Driver’s License with a driving record acceptable to company risk management and insurance underwriters.
