POSITION OVERVIEW
The People Operations Senior Analyst reports directly to the AVP, People Ops & Employee Experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Capital team by managing onboarding activities, maintaining accuracy of HR data, and supporting process improvement efforts. This position requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration of duties for a wide range of HR functions and programs, while weaving optimal experience and efficiency throughout all processes.
- Support data governance and maintenance practices across multiple HCM systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support new HR system/vendor implementations through completion of testing and optimization activities, as requested. Make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop, refine and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes as directed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor processes within the People Operations team’s scope of service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR operations, Onboarding, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and ever-changing environment.
