About the Role
OpenLoop is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our team at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. This role will be a member of the People team, collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Human Resources.
What You'll Do
- Employee Lifecycle Support - Assist with onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and promotions by processing employee data, generating offer and change letters, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- HRIS & Data Management - Maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Benefits & Leave Administration - Support employees with benefits enrollment, leave requests, and general inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
- Compliance & Documentation - Ensure proper documentation of HR processes, maintain employee records, and support compliance initiatives.
- Employee Support & Case Management - Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, managing a ticketing system or shared inbox.
- Process Improvement - Identify and implement efficiencies in HR processes, documentation, and workflows.
- HR Reporting & Audits - Assist in compiling reports on headcount, attrition, compliance, and other HR metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and IT to ensure seamless employee experiences.
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are
2 years of experience in people operations, human resources administration, human resources shared services, or a similar role.
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Paylocity, or similar).
Remote Salary Range
55,000-$65,000 USD
