Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and support production team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance Dalton Ag’s internal capacity
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Organize and oversee the work and schedules of departmental supervisors
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
