Purpose:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the contract.

Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or GED required
·Associate’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred
·OSHA 10 Certificate required or willingness to obtain within first 90 days in position
·OSHA 30 Certificate preferred
·Previous experience in carpentry, roofing, painting, siding or other relevant construction experience required
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
·Ability to accurately interpret the scope, specifications (including blueprints) and timeliness of customer plans, while obtaining the desired level of profit to the company
·Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
·Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the project site in all types of weather conditions
·Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
·Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
