- Leadership and Strategy:

- Collaborate with plant management to set strategic goals and translate them into operational plans.
- Champion lean manufacturing initiatives,eliminating waste and optimizing flow.
- Analyze production data and reports,identifying and implementing improvements.
- Drive cost reductions while maintaining top-notch delivery performance.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee production planning and execution,ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Manage product quality metrics,minimizing defects and rework.
- Implement and maintain positive employee relations,fostering a safe and engaging workplace.
- Address safety concerns promptly and promote injury prevention initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with all departments,including procurement,maintenance,and quality control.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate clearly and concisely,keeping all stakeholders informed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.,Engineering,Business Administration)
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Preferred:
- Experience implementing and leading lean manufacturing initiatives
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Master's degree
- Proven ability to build and motivate teams
- Strong communication,interpersonal,and coaching skills
- Knowledge of machine setup reduction techniques and MRP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Business acumen and organizational skills
