Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Podcast Manager, based in Austin, TX. The Podcast Manager will oversee the planning, production, and promotion of our podcast series. Responsibilities include coordinating with guests, managing the recording schedule, editing audio content, developing promotional strategies, and analyzing listener metrics. The Podcast Manager will ensure the delivery of high-quality audio content and drive audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Podcast Production, Audio/Visual Editing
- Proficiency in Content Strategy, Planning, and Scheduling
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Promotion, and Analytics
- Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Project Management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with podcast hosting platforms and audio editing software
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, or related field
- Experience in on-site role management in a fast-paced environment
