Our regular work schedule is M-F 8AM-4:30PM with some overtime opportunities as needed.
General Description of Job: In general, ERP Administrator/Field Service Admin will be responsible for ERP interface and will be the organizations specialist with Epicor-Kinetic along with providing support in the field service department with scheduling and other tasks assigned.
Duties to include but not limited to:
ERP Duties:
- Provide administrative support and guidance for end users.
- Onboarding new ERP-Epicor-Kinetic users, facilitating account activation, and providing orientation for users of Epicor-Kinetic.
- Transfer data from various sources (pdf files, email, excel) into ERP-Epicor-Kinetic database.
- Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available and distributing information to end users.
- Provide general data entry support across teams.
- Generate queries and reports based on the needs of users.
- Improve processes in ERP-Epicor-Kinetic when needed.
- Serve as the internal customer service representative for Epicor-Kinetic.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot error messages and user challenges,
- Manage and submit company service tickets to the external software support team at EPICOR.
- Perform administrative tasks related to software maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned with ERP-EPICOR-Kinetic
Field Service Duties:
- Assist manager to coordinate scheduling for Field Services
- Badge set up with COA and SAWS for field services department.
- Provide support working collaboratively with other departments on the requirements of the projects.
- Assist in the management of generating service tickets, service calls and workorders.
- Providing support to maintain client relationships and communication by following up with clients and their workorders, field reports, customer satisfaction
- Work with safety coordinators to schedule technical and equipment training.
- Work with department to improve processes and efficiencies within the department.
- Assist with resolving customer complaints and finding solutions with issues investigating problems; develop solutions; prepare reports; feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Customer service oriented
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Have experience with ERP; Epicor- Kinetic a plus.
- Strong technical and computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
- Maintain confidential information.
- Clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use their vision. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
