HVAC Estimation:
- Review project plans and specifications to prepare accurate HVAC estimates.
- Perform takeoffs to determine the material and labor requirements for HVAC systems.
- Solicit bids from subcontractors and vendors to gather competitive pricing.
- Review and analyze subcontractor proposals, ensuring alignment with project scope.
- Provide cost breakdowns and estimates for the total HVAC system installation, including labor, equipment, and materials.
- Oversee HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage project changes, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals in coordination with senior management and field teams.
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure work is progressing as planned and quality standards are maintained.
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of HVAC systems.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors during the life of the project.
- Ensure proper coordination between internal and external teams, including engineers, architects, and suppliers.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Provide clients with progress updates and manage any concerns or issues that may arise during the project.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC estimating and project management.
- Skills: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, project management, and construction processes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in HVAC system design, estimating software, and project management tools.
- Certifications (Preferred): Relevant HVAC certifications or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
