Pay Scale: $24 - $30 per hour Depending on experience Spiffs Benefits

Work Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Position Summary: As a representative for our Company, you will be our Service Dispatcher as well as Customer Service Representative contributing to growing our customer base. Primary duties as follows:
•Answering Phones
•Call Service Customers & Build Rapport
•Ensuring service techs are following processes and using CRM
•Follow Up Appointment Customers - Happy Calls - Service
•Follow Up w/ Customers to Collect Balances Owed (from AR list from Management) Service
•Increasing Reviews
•Monitor/Manage Service Emails, follow up on leads
•Team Photos/Bios Updated/New Hire packet & Onboarding
•Ongoing CRM training
•Daily Revenue sent to leadership
•Keep Kitchen Clean & stocked
•General Housekeeping in the Office
•Getting the mail
•Ensure every job has 3 estimates included in ST
•Follow up with Customer on Service Estimates
•Manage Service Dispatch Board
•Manage answering service
•Verify Time Sheets - Service
•PTO Tracking and Time Off requests
•Manage PTO
•Outbound Sales Call
•Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling. Producing activity reports.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or its equivalent
•Aggressive self-starter
• Fast learner
• General sales skills and aptitude
• Good phone skills
• Customer service knowledge with strong follow up skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Conduct self in a professional manner at all times
• Able to work flexible schedule that may include weekends
•Service Titan proficiency preferred
