Key Responsibilities Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals for assigned certification services. Identify and target potential clients, and maintain an active, accurate sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and reporting. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and satisfaction levels. Manage client relations and communicate project progress effectively. Identify new business opportunities and devise tailored solutions for clients. Actively travel locally and internationally to visit clients, attend conferences, trade shows, and fairs. Oversee client P&L, quotes, offers, tenders, and service orders to ensure alignment with company policies and revenue targets. Work toward the continuous improvement of KPIs as set by the company, ensuring high performance and achieving objectives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the leadership team. Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers of sold projects and successful execution of certification services. Help expand Control Union Canada's offerings, including services related to Cannabis, agriculture, aquaculture, mining, food safety, forestry, and other emerging sectors. Liaise with global teams within Control Union and participate in networking meetings to enhance business growth. Assist in any other tasks or duties as requested by the company.
