- Test control panels for functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure quality and efficiency in panel production
- Maintain accurate documentation of panel assembly processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in control panel assembly or related field preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively
- Familiarity with electrical wiring techniques and components
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Proficiency in using calipers for precise measurements
- Experience with soldering techniques for electrical connections
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
- Ability to fabricate custom brackets or mounts as needed
