Responsibilities
- Be the glue that drives contract execution, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and technical team engagement stay on track
- Lead customer meetings to ensure satisfaction, build technical understanding, and to align on future deliverables
- Liaise with external customer end users to scope contract activity, and with technical internal stakeholders to ensure feasibility and successful execution
- Define and implement structured processes for contract lifecycle management, including organizing meetings across Business, Operations and Meteorology teams
- Own the propagation of business development strategy in post-purchase stages
- Coordinate with Finance team to create and submit invoices through various customer systems
