The Opportunity
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes
- Analyze month-end variances
- Prepare forecasts
- Contribute to the annual budgeting cycle
- Partner with Executive Leadership
- Gather insights from various department leaders to create accurate financial models
- Perform month-end analytics
- Prepare detailed commentary on variance analyses to inform strategic decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of Finance reports and Executive Leadership presentations
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and enhance accuracy
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company’s financial health and performance
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support various business needs and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- 2-4 years of relevant experience (recent graduates with strong academic achievements will also be considered)
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in financial systems
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, SQL, Adaptive Insights, or PowerBI is a plus
- Strong analytical abilities and a keen desire to learn and grow professionally
