Schedule Details:

• Office hours: Mondays-Fridays 9 AM-8:30 PM, Saturdays and Sundays 10 AM-6 PM
• Full-time therapists handle 25 client hours per week; Part-time therapists manage a minimum of 15-18 clients weekly
• Flexibility is crucial to meet client needs and maintain caseload requirements, including availability of some evenings and/or weekends
• Work Location: Hybrid and fully remote options are possible based on qualifications/licensure status and schedule
• Only fully licensed clinicians qualify for hybrid/fully remote positions, as pre-licensed therapists are primarily required to provide on-site services due to regulatory standards and training provided within the practice

• Conduct mental health counseling sessions for clients, including individual, family, couples, or group therapy sessions tailored to clinical needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions during therapy sessions to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Engage in continuous training, consultation, and supervision to enhance the delivery of evidence-based treatments.
• Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to facilitate goal achievement using evidence-based practices.
• Provide case management services and coordinate referrals to other resources when necessary.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to maintain continuity of care for clients.
• Address client crises as they arise, following safety protocols and consulting with a clinical supervisor when needed.
• Assist with referrals to different levels of care as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records by completing training and documentation within 48 hours of each session.
• Have the opportunity to mentor or supervise staff members.
• Participate in mentorship programs for pre-licensed associates.
• Receive additional training, consultation, and supervision in various evidence-based practices to broaden exposure to different treatment modalities.

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Doctorate of Psychology, or a related field.
• Actively licensed or eligible for/working towards clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist).
• Pre-licensed applicants must have completed a Master's degree or within three (3) months of completing a degree at the time of the interview due to our highly competitive training program.
• A minimum of one year of experience providing client service in a professional counseling setting is preferred.

CW Psychological Services treats adults, children, & families with a wide variety of behavioral health concerns. We receive an abundance of referrals each week and have a history of maintaining a lengthy and ongoing waitlist which allows clinicians to quickly build a sustainable caseload once credentialed with our variety of insurance panel contracts. Our philosophy is to create an environment wherein clinicians can practice with a minimum of managed care and documentation concerns by working to eliminate systemic hassles. Clinicians are able to focus on providing robust and excellent clinical care to maximize their client’s health and well-being.
