The Patient Field Technician willfocus on delivering medical equipment to patients' homes, educating them on its use, collaborating with healthcare providers, and ensuring exceptional patient care through ongoing support and the implementation of innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel throughout the designated sales region to deliver and retrieve medical equipment at patients' homes, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Provide direct patient care by delivering devices to patients' homes, educating them on the proper use and benefits of our innovative programs to improve their health outcomes.
- Adapt quickly to strategic changes, operational process improvements, and evolving patient care needs to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with fellow team members, sharing insights, knowledge, and best practices to continuously improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a key point of contact for patients and providers, addressing any concerns and ensuring the seamless integration of our products into patients' daily lives.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, equipment deliveries, and any follow-up activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring they feel supported and confident in using our equipment and participating in our programs for better health management.
- Continuously assess and report on patient feedback, offering suggestions for improvements to services and programs based on real-world experiences.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of field customer service experience.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to sit in the car for most of the working day.
- The ability to lift 75 lbs regularly.
- Must be willing to go inside patient's home when required.
- Must live in Rio Grande Valley, TX area.
Location: In Person in Rio Grande Valley, TX Area (100% travel within area)
Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
