About the Position:
We're seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our healthcare partners to understand their needs and present our innovative solutions. You'll also be responsible for maintaining expertise in relevant regulatory processes, such as Veterans Administration and Workers Compensation, to ensure compliance and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including spine surgeons, pain management doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular in-services to educate providers about our solutions and tailor them to specific patient needs.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant regulatory processes to ensure compliance and drive revenue growth.
- Provide top-notch patient care by delivering devices and educating patients on our innovative programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and stay updated on strategic changes and operational process improvements.
Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to lift 75 lbs regularly.
- Willigness to enter patients' homes when required.
- Residency in the Rio Grande Valley or surrounding areas.
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
