Job Summary:

The Technology Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of the company's technology infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring that the company's IT systems are reliable, efficient, and secure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, leadership, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the IT department, including staff development and performance reviews.

· Develop and implement technology strategies and policies.

· Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.

· Ensure the security of the company’s IT infrastructure and data.

· Manage technology projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

· Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.

· Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and advancements.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Technology Manager or similar role.

· Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructures, and emerging technologies.

· Excellent leadership and management skills.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

· Experience with budgeting and cost management.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

- Familiarity with internal/external processes that provide security and comfortability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
