Responsibilities :
As an AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Team Lead, you will leverage your strong Linux systems engineering background and expertise in AWS services to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of services. Key responsibilities include :
- Service Delivery :
- Lead efforts to restore service interruptions, troubleshoot, and resolve system failures effectively.
- Fulfill user requests and resolve service-related issues while carrying out routine operational and maintenance tasks.
- System Design & Implementation :
- Design, implement, and administer robust server systems on Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, and Amazon Linux 2023.
- Analyze system failures to minimize outages and interruptions.
- CI / CD Automation & Architecture :
- Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines using AWS tools (ECS, EKS), CloudFormation, Terraform, and GitLab CI / CD.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and operational tasks to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- AWS Services Management :
- Manage and optimize AWS services, including EC2, RDS, KMS, WAF, SQS, S3, API Gateway, and SNS.
- Implement best practices for cloud architecture, ensuring performance and cost efficiency.
- Programming & Scripting :
- Develop scripts and applications using Python, Node.js, and Bash.
- Support website hosting and collaborate on backend systems using languages such as PHP, .NET, or JavaScript.
- Security & Compliance :
- Perform security vulnerability scanning and management, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.
- Storage & Recoverability :
- Maintain high availability, clustering, and backup systems to ensure system recoverability. Qualifications :
