Position Overview
This role is responsible for driving effective communication, promoting process consistency, and facilitating the successful adoption of new technologies and processes across the field force. By collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts, the Technology Adoption Specialist ensures smooth transitions and maximizes user engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Promote consistent business processes across all field force personas.
- Assess upcoming developments (processes and technologies) and evaluate their impact on business operations.
- Lead the development of adoption strategies, including setting milestones and identifying tools to support seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
- Define adoption goals and metrics based on stakeholder input and desired outcomes.
- Incorporate technology adoption tools into new systems and processes.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on adoption metrics, creating actionable plans for improvement.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required (or 4 years of relevant experience); business-related disciplines preferred.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in technology adoption or related roles within the financial services sector.
Certifications:
- Prosci Change Management certification preferred.
