Job Description
This role involves managing tasks within the ticketing system, specifically focusing on change order requests. The individual will monitor and review 15–40 change requests submitted weekly, ensuring that each request adheres to the company's best practices and established protocols. Utilizing a comprehensive checklist, they will verify the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information, approving valid requests to advance them through the approval workflow. The majority of these tickets pertain to system patching and similar changes. This position requires four days of onsite work per week, with one remote workday.
Compensation:
$25.00/hr to $35.00/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
