What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrum Master position at Convergenz?
Coordinating and aligning ART activities with the program goals.
Implementing PI Planning evening and monitoring progress.
Ability to work at the program and project level.
This role will support a revenue modernization project that is being developed off-shore.
Manages a set of interdependent projects
Identifies and manages scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks on large projects
Prepares financial updates, analysis, and forecast for assigned projects/programs; track expenses and recommends financially sound actions to leadership team
Mentors fellow team members
Accelerates business adoption through effective change enablement practices
Drives independent teams to deliver business value
Provides strategic vision and direction for projects / programs
