About This Position
The Inside Sales Representative is an integral part of the sales process. You’ll work closely with your AE to provide hardware, software, and service quotes to your assigned customers and prospects, process orders, and interact with prospects and customers to acquire new and upsell business. Key Responsibilities
- Generate quotes and proposals for products and services, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy
- Ensure all contract documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Process clean orders working with our deal desk team
- Develop and maintain channel partnerships with reps
- Work with the Account Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients
- Ensure SF accuracy with opportunities
Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or related field
- General understanding of sales process
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- High sense of urgency, lead with integrity
- Thrive in fast paced, dynamic environment
