Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.We are seeking a highly experienced and technical Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers supporting our Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud platforms at Converse. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and innovative solutions on the Salesforce platforms, enabling Converse to deliver personalized and engaging customer experiences across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Responsibilities :
Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutionsEnsure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party servicesFoster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement within the teamStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our systems and processesRequired Skills :
