Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing, with a proven track record of onboarding clients and understanding their hiring needs. As a key point of contact (POC) for our clients, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, understanding their job requirements, and facilitating their recruitment needs through ConvexTech's services.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Onboarding : Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare sectors. Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and client management.
Client Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their staffing needs and job requirements. Ensure clear communication of these requirements to ConvexTech’s recruitment team.
Collaboration : Work closely with ConvexTech’s recruitment team to align client job requirements with the best candidates. Facilitate the exchange of information and support the recruitment process to meet client expectations.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide clients with insightful recommendations and solutions.
Client Relationship Management : Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, job requirements, and progress. Provide regular updates and reports to management on client onboarding and satisfaction.
Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand ConvexTech’s client base. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build connections and promote the company’s services.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a Business Development or Client Management role within a staffing firm. Proven track record of successfully onboarding clients and managing client relationships.
Industry Knowledge : Experience working with clients in IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare industries. Understanding of staffing and recruitment processes is essential.
Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software is a plus.
