Position: Sonography
Contract: 13 weeks
SHIFT/HOURS: 8 hour Days
WEEKLY HRS: 40
Responsibilities:
ARDMS certified with OB-GYN, Abdomen and Vascular
General with BR some Vascular, DVTS
Qualifications
LICENSE REQUIRED: no Cert
Required Skills
Fair amount of OB work but not high risk exams. Client does DVT studies and some
vascular but not a huge amount.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sonographer to join our medical team. The Sonographer will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using soundwaves to create images of patients' internal organs.
Duties
- Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures
- Apply medical terminology knowledge to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Perform sonography procedures to assist in diagnosing various medical conditions
- Utilize medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic radiology purposes
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of physiology to accurately interpret imaging results
- Specialize in areas such as Obstetrics and Gynecology (Ob/Gyn) for detailed fetal imaging
- Provide exceptional patient care throughout the imaging process
Requirements
- Possess certification in Sonography
- Proficient in utilizing diagnostic radiology equipment
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology and its application in a clinical setting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced medical environment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $54.99 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
