We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Primary Care Doctor who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leading our team-based care environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine, and will be committed to providing exceptional patient care and service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing primary care services to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, and minor injury treatment.
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
- Leading daily huddles and participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a medical license in the state of Texas.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal relationships and communications skills.
- Fully engaged in the concept of integrated team-based care and willing to learn/adapt to practice in a value-based care setting.
