The Supervisor, Stars Improvement, Clinical works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.
Job Description
The Supervisor, Stars Improvement, Clinical This work focuses on areas of clinical emphasis. Decisions are typically related to schedule, plans and daily operations. Performs escalated or more complex work of a similar nature and supervises a group of support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates (7-10 FTEs). Ensures consistency in execution across team. Holds team members accountable for following established policies.

HEDIS and Stars performance
Operational improvements
Financial performance and incentive programs
Data sharing and connectivity
Documentation and coding

Required Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) without restriction in applicable state
5 years of clinical nursing experience
Strong knowledge of HEDIS/Stars/CMS
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
Strong relationship building skills as this is a provider-facing role
Strong attention to detail with a focus on process and quality
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in nursing
3 years of managed care experience
3 years of leadership experience or equivalent
Additional Information
Hours for the role are: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
This role will be based within the assigned region. Rotation to various local centers, with approximately 10% - 15% overnight travel, as necessary to meet with leadership in covered markets.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,400 - $107,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
