Primary Care with a Multidisciplinary Approach
- Take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room.
- Understand how social determinates of health are impacting health outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary 20% bi-annual quality incentive.
- Total compensation up to $300,000 .
