Heavy Duty Parts Counter Associate
As a proud fourth-generation company, Conway Beam will continue to deliver on a 70-year tradition of providing the transportation industry with superior equipment and services. We are a Mack, Volvo, Hino, and Isuzu commercial truck dealership and full-service leasing company.
Conway Beam Truck Group has an immediate opening for a Heavy Duty Parts Counter Associate to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Assist with inventory management and processing
- Prepare price quotes for customers
- Invoice customers for parts purchased
- Ensure timely and accurate product delivery and distribution
- Research parts for availability
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Vocational or Technical training in the field (preferred)
- Valid NY State Driver's License
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department (desirable)
