Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or renovations.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong skill set in maintenance and repair tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for repairs.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.

- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
