Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our healthcare team. The Sterile Processing Technician will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sterility, and proper functioning of medical instruments and equipment.
Title: Allied - Sterile Processing Tech - Travel
Location: Davenport, IA
Scheduled Hours: 40 Hrs
Shift: 7 am-3:30 PM
Duration: 12 weeks
- Pay Package:(weekly) (40 Hrs)
- Total Non-taxable Pay - $800/-
- Total Taxable Pay -$600/
- Gross Total Pay -$1400/-
Responsibilities
- Perform sterilization and decontamination procedures for medical instruments
- Assemble instrument trays and equipment sets for various hospital departments
- Inspect instruments for cleanliness and functionality
- Maintain accurate records of processed items
- Monitor and operate sterilization equipment
- Adhere to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques
- Assist in the inventory management of supplies and equipment
Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Travel nursing
Pay: $1,350.00 - $1,400.00 per week
