WashingtonJob Summary Responsible for managing data lifecycle processes from collection to reporting, ensuring compliance with privacy laws, and supporting Bureau / Department objectives through accurate and insightful data analysis. Ensure accuracy / integrity of data and applications through analysis, writing documentation, and problem resolution. Manage data, analysis, and report requests from Bureau / Department staff on various relevant subject matter. Establish and maintain Department / Bureau KPIs. Provide data collection, standardization, and analysis support across the Bureau / Department in coordination with countywide systems and standards.Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher andFour (4) years of data analysis or directly related experience orAn equivalent combination of education and / or experience is required.Preferred Qualifications Experience with analytical software and tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, ArcPro, and / or Python.Experience with quantitative analysis in related fields such as real estate analytics, economic development, urban planning or policy, demographics, socioeconomic and / or community development.Candidates who are contacted will be required to produce original required documents (e.g., current driver’s license, diploma, school transcript, certifications, etc.) listed on the Notice of Job Opportunity within five (5) days of being extended an offer, in writing, by the Bureau Chief of BHR (or designee).
