Cook CPA is a growing CPA firm located in Wichita, Kansas and seeking to add an Administrative / Client Services Assistant to the growing team. As a firm, Cook CPA seeks to bridge the gap that is often present within the customer relationship between accountant and client. We serve and consult with individual and entity clients within a wide range of industries including oil & gas, real estate, retail, and others. Based in Wichita, we have a global reach with local, national, and international clients. This position will require a person to be motivated, client-focused, thorough, and detailed as they interact with clients and offer support on various company projects. Key Responsibilities include
- Coordinate and schedule meetings.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Company time tracking and invoicing.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Involvement in tax season projects and client satisfaction goals.
- Coordination of events and functions.
- Responsible for monthly bookkeeping cycle of multiple clients.
- Interaction with clients on various accounting projects and problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client compliance requirements.
- Manage client experience process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Maintain client database.
- Prepare and distribute client engagement letters.
- Provide administrative support for client meetings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Occasional in town driving for office related tasks.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Growing expertise in Intuit QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and other software as needed.
- Prior experience preferred but not required.
