Job Description:
Job Coaches provide one-on-one job coaching to job seekers who have disabilities in the Roaring Fork Valley. This position reports to the Vocational Director and will independently accept clients in need of job coaching services through Cook Inclusive. The independent contractor will make their own schedule with their chosen clients and work up to 40 hours per week (can be amended quarterly based on client case load). The employee will be responsible for communicating with the client, employment agency, and Vocational Director to dictate when, where, what, and how services are conducted.
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement individualized work plans with clients living with disabilities.
- Provide one-on-one job coaching, vocational training, and personal adjustment training to employees living with disabilities
- Document case notes after each shift and submit to the Vocational Director by the end of each week.
- Communicate with the Vocational Director, employment agency, client, and client’s guardians to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Provide own transportation to and from worksite; employees will be compensated for total drive time up to one hour.
- Submit time sheets and case notes in a timely fashion.
- Ability to pick up additional hours as needed in other departments (queer programming, inclusive recreation, administration, etc.) as determined by the Executive Director.

Compensation:
- $22 an hour for up to 40 hours a week. Ability for hourly raise and expanded hours during each quarterly review.
- Compensation for drive time and required meetings outside of typical work hours.

- Sick Leave
- Additional hours in other departments are allowed with ED approval.
