What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee procurement processes, including micro-purchases, Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Invitations to Bid (ITBs).
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, 2 CFR Part 200, NAHASDA, and other applicable regulations.
- Draft contracts, modifications, and amendments.
- Conduct cost and price analysis to ensure fair and reasonable pricing.
- Identify and engage qualified vendors, ensuring competition and quality standards.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain procurement records for audit and compliance.
- Support the disposition of fixed assets in accordance with regulations.
- Provide procurement training to internal staff as needed.

The Basics:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
- Experience: At least 3 years in procurement, with 2 years of experience using a computerized purchasing system preferred.
