What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Worker position at Cook Inlet Property Management & Maintenance?
We have a very busy summer ahead of us and are looking to hire 5 dependable and consistent people to join our lawn maintenance crew full time for the remainder of the season. We do general lawn maintenance for many residential and commercial properties all over Anchorage and Eagle River. Your duties will include raking, mowing, and fertilizing lawns as well as trimming hedges and trees along with any other maintenance the customer requires. We also preform labor such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, exterior house washing, etc. A valid drivers license will qualify you for a position as a Crew Leader which will result in a higher hourly pay rate.
